Energy Healing Session

I am offering 1-1 energy healing sessions, which are based on Reiki long distance healing, enriched by my own personal perception and approach to energy healing.
I received my Reiki initiation 25 years ago and it has been a part of my life ever since. Especially during the past few years it has become a more central aspect for me to do this healing work over long distances.
While living out in nature, I deepened my awareness for the healing qualities of the earth, her elements and certain animals (and spirit animals). I discovered how they support me in my work and how their medicine can be passed on to others through me.
The sessions are held in a safe space, framed by a clear structure, within which I am being guided by intuition, always focusing on what is of the highest and best for the one who is receiving.
In the beginning of the session we speak on the phone. I hear about the persons current state and their wish for the work with me. This leads us to creating an intention for the healing session. I then verbally guide the person into a state of relaxation, followed by the energy healing. During the phase of energy healing I hang up the phone and follow the steps of the healing ritual, while the recipient relaxes and receives. When I am done, I send a message. The recipient can still let the healing impulses sink. In the end of the hour we contact each other once again via phone to close the session with a sharing and verbal integration.
Optionally the recipient can also rest longer afterwards and share about their experience later on.

Energetic support in challenging situations (like an exam, a job interview, a long travel, a surgery, a challenging encounter/conversation etc.)
Here I am offering energetic support before or while a person is going through a challenging situation. All that is needed is a short phone call or a text message in which I get information about the person, topic, time and space. So in this version the recipient doesn’t need to make time for a whole session, but simply receives extra support while going through a particular experience. Also people who are going through generally challenging life phases over a longer period of time can benefit from this energetic support too.
